Michael J. Menard is the founder and CEO of United Against Childhood Trauma, a 501(c)(3) coalition working to end childhood trauma in America.

He spent twenty-five years at Johnson & Johnson, rising to Global Vice President of Worldwide Engineering, and holds patents in the United States and abroad. He went on to co-found GenSight, whose clients included NASA, the United Nations, and Fortune 100 companies.

In 2000, he was an original signatory of the UN Global Compact on Business Ethics and Sustainability.

He is a best-selling author and has written six books including A Fish in Your Ear, Corporate Transformation, The Kite That Couldn't Fly, Greater Than Gravity, Bleeding in the Pews and Whispers of Hope.

Michael has 5 daughters and 10 grandchildren.
