Dr. Glenn Schiraldi

Ph.D., Lt. Col. (US Army, Ret.)

Glenn R. Schiraldi, Ph.D., Lt. Col. (US Army, Ret.) has served on the stress management faculties at the Pentagon, the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (Lifetime Achievement Award), and the University of Maryland School of Public Health, where he received the Outstanding Teaching Award and other teaching/service awards.

His 14 books on stress-related topics have been translated into 17 foreign languages, and include: The Adverse Childhood Experiences Recovery Workbook; The Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Sourcebook; The Self-Esteem Workbook; The Resilience Workbook; and World War II Survivors: Lessons in Resilience.

Glenn is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, and a Vietnam-era veteran. His doctorate is from the University of Maryland. For four years, he and his wife led a faith-based addiction recovery program.
